If you’ve always wanted to enter the exciting world of healthcare but didn’t want to spend years achieving your dream, the Health Information Services program is for you. Developed to prepare professionals to manage and coordinate the flow of patient information in a healthcare setting, this is a wonderful opportunity for a first career, change in career, or even a way to build healthcare experience onto your current resume!

In just nine months, you will become knowledgeable in working with computerized health systems, scheduling, insurance, billing and coding for reimbursement and medical records management.

*Requires satisfactory completion of all required coursework and approval of Program Chair.

A “C” or higher is required for all HC & HIS courses.

Students entering a program in any semester other than outlined may not graduate in the expected amount of time.
