BHT 110 - Human Development and Behavior across the Lifespan 3 Credit Hours This course covers lifespan development through the biological, psychological, sociocultural, and spiritual perspectives of individual development. The course is designed to provide a theoretical and practical understanding of individual growth and change across the lifespan and throughout variable social contexts, and provides content on expected developmental milestones, attachment theory, brain research, genetics, and the influence of environment. The factors that influence and shape behavior and personality throughout the life cycle are analyzed, and potential stressors and adjustments within each life stage are considered.
