BUS 225 - HR Compensation and Benefits 3 credit hours This course is designed to provide a working knowledge in the areas of pay and benefit practices including job evaluation, salary surveys, individual and group performance-based pay. Also included are various types of benefits, including supplemental pay, insurance, and retirement benefits. Prerequisites: “C” or better in BUS 212 (Spring Only)
