Cindy joined Southeast Tech in 2013 when the Medical Coding Program began. She has thoroughly enjoyed her time at Southeast Tech and says the best part of her job is watching her students graduate and become successfully employed coders.

Cindy holds a bachelor’s degree in Business, but has worked in the Medical Coding field for many years. She has worked as a coder, a coding analyst, and a coding manager before coming to Southeast Tech. She is a Certified Professional Coder (CPC) and a Certified Professional Medical Auditor (CPMA). She usually has some sort of part-time or summer job in the coding field to keep up to date in the ever-changing coding world.

When Cindy isn’t working, she keeps busy with her family, which includes her husband, two sons, soon-to-be daughter in law, and two Golden Doodles.  A native of Chamberlain, Cindy and her family spend as many weekends as possible on the river boating, fishing and kayaking.
