Learning Outcomes

The Residential Construction, Certificate will provide the fundamentals of residential home construction. This certificate would allow existing undergraduate or dual credit students with interest to explore a new field of study. It would also allow underemployed individuals to refine and update skills necessary to enter the construction field.

TECHNOLOGY REQUIREMENTS: This certificate is a Bring Your Own Laptop (BYOL) program. You may purchase a laptop on your own or from the Southeast Tech IT Support Center.
