HRM 212 - Human Resource Management 3 Credit Hours Students will understand how an organization’s efficiency is impacted by the effectiveness of its human resource management practices. Human resource planning, recruitment, selection, development, compensation and benefits, employee relations, and safety and health will be covered in the course.
Additional Information: Students must earn a “C” or higher in this course in order to move onto the higher level HRM courses.
