Upon completion of an Associate of Applied Science Degree in Human Resource Management, a student will be able to:

Technical Outcomes 

• Utilize technology for business and human resource applications 
• Apply local, state, and federal employment laws and regulations to workplace situations

• Utilize critical thinking skills to analyze and solve human resource related problems and situations. 
• Develop and apply systems and plans which relate to compensation and benefits systems, performance appraisals, correct performance measures, talent acquisition and workforce planning.
