Upon completion of a Diploma in HVAC/R Technology, a student will be able to:

Technical Skills

• Use HVAC/R tools effectively to install equipment, controls, and parts for safe and efficient operation.
• Handle refrigerants in accordance with section 608 of the Clean Air Act.

• Troubleshoot, diagnose and repair HVAC/R equipment to operational and efficiency standards.
