Pat McGee is a Business Administration/Management instructor, teaching traditional, hybrid and online classes. In addition to her teaching experience, she brings current industry experience into the classroom as she is the President and Treasurer of an agricultural LLC, is a communications consultant for a local financial institution and provides communication support to Big Brothers Big Sisters of the Sioux Empire as a steering committee member.

Jean brings a unique perspective to the classroom as she is a long time entrepreneur through her ownership of a local restaurant and an agricultural land owner and manager.

Karen Winter

Karen is the Lab Specialist for the Business and CIS APPS classes and also the Keyboarding Instructor. She assists the BUS & CIS full time and adjunct instructors, presenting as a substitute instructor when needed.

Karen works with students in lab classrooms, planning student events within the program, and organizing and managing the Southeast Tech Value Card.

She is an active volunteer in her home town in Iowa.

Stacy McManus, MS

Stacy has more than eighteen years of professional experience that includes cost accounting, human resource management, and post-secondary education.  

Her background experience includes Cost Accounting for the State of SD and a local printing company.  After earning her Master’s degree she worked as a human resource professional for a large healthcare network and in the corporate HR offices of Communication Services for the Deaf.  Stacy is also an active member of both the local and national chapters of Society for Human Resource Management.

As an instructor, Stacy teaches many business courses such as Introduction to Business, Human Resource Management, Supervisory Management, Personal Finance, Business Communications, Organizational Behavior, Business Law, and Human Resource Law.
