Software Support Specialists will have basic knowledge of computer logic and methodology to run software applications. They may provide assistance, advice, problem solving, and technical information to customers regarding the use of software and can act as liaison with customers regarding the status of their requests.

TECHNOLOGY REQUIREMENTS: This degree requires students to purchase a Southeast Tech laptop from the Southeast Tech IT Support Center.

Additional Information

A grade of “C” or higher is required for all CIS Programming courses.

Students entering a program in any semester other than outlined may not graduate in the expected amount of time.
