Software Support Specialist, Diploma

Software Support Specialists will have basic knowledge of computer logic and methodology to run software applications as well as fundamental concepts of marketing, servicing customers and collaborating with business partners. They may provide assistance, advice, problem solving, and technical information to customers regarding the use of software and can act as liaison with customers regarding the status of their requests.

Note: This degree requires you to purchase a laptop from the Southeast Tech Support Center.

A grade of “C” or higher is required for all CIS Programming courses.
