DMT 101 - Engine Systems Theory

3 Credit Hours
Covers the theory of diesel truck engine construction and operation, disassembly, component rebuilding, sleeve and piston installation, main and rod bearing installation, engine assembly, timing, priming, adjustments, starting, testing, and engine evaluation. Covers the theory and operations of the various fuel delivery systems and tune up procedures used by the major engines manufactures.
