HVAC 120 - Light Commercial

6 Credit Hours

Students will build upon their knowledge of heating and air conditioning systems to become familiar with light commercial equipment such as boilers, air to air heat pumps, water to air heat pumps, and rooftop units. Students will work on systems that utilize reverse cycle refrigeration, economizing, and geothermal heat transfer, and cooling tower technology. Students will learn to test, repair, and troubleshoot a variety of light commercial equipment
