MLT 140 - Immunology Serology

2 Credit Hours

Students will learn the introduction to pathophysiology of infectious disease including antigen and antibody structures in correlation with immune system disorders and serology. Serological aspects will be discussed with the related theory and performance of procedures with understanding of antibody and antigen reactions. Students will have the knowledge of practical applications of immunoassay procedures.

Prerequisites: MLT 105, MLT 110, MLT 110L

Corequisites: MLT 140L
