DEN 110L - Infection Control Lab

This course will introduce the student to the principles and techniques of infection control in the dental office. Infection control procedures are precautions taken in the dental office to prevent the transmission of communicable diseases by assessing, planning, implementing, and evaluating infection control. The areas of education and training in the lab will include infection control procedures and protection protocols based on the OSHA standards and CDC guidelines.
