VET 200 - Veterinary Nursing and Diseases I 3 Credit Hours In this course, students learn and practice various aspects of small animal husbandry, reproductive cycles and management, and preventative medicine. Discussion and practice of physical exams will take place. In this course, the student learns about the more common disease and disorders seen in small animal veterinary practice. This course also includes the understanding of immunology and preventative medicine. The student will assist with the implementation of preventative care in domestic animals.
