Surgical Technology, AAS: Admission Requirements

Two of more of the following:
ACT	18	or SAT 960-980
US-HS Transcript	2.5 GPA
GED	500
College Transcript	2.0 GPA	Based on 12+ credits
US-HS Rank	Upper 1/2
Students not meeting two of the above requirements are required to meet ACCUPLACER entrance requirements:
ACCUPLACER Reading	35
ACCUPLACER Sentence Skills	76
ACCUPLACER Algebra	30
OR
Students may be accepted on preparatory, but they must take and pass preparatory coursework prior to taking program coursework.
AND
Students must meet the TEAS Requirement Scores:
TEAS Reading	65
TEAS Math	55
