Prior to the DMS February 1 deadline, the following program requirements must be completed and the following pre-requisite courework must be completed with a “C” or higher or be in satisfactory progress:
Drug Screen
Background Check
3 Personal References
Documentation of Work/Volunteer Experience
College Algebra		“C” or higher required
Anatomy/Physiology (and lab)		“C” or higher required
Medical Terminology		“C” or higher required
CNA		“C” or higher required
Physics		“C” or higher required
College Composition		“C” or higher required
Upon completion of the above, highly qualified applicants will be offered interviews following the February 1 application deadline. Submission of the application and completion of the requirements is not a guarantee that an individual will be granted an interview opportunity or be accepted into the program.
