The Teleconstruction, Diploma will provide students with both the hands-on educational experience and necessary educational theory to receive certification as Telecommunication Tower Technician 1 and security classes of their choice. Students will become skilled in basic rigging, fall protection, safety, fiber optics, wireless technology, cell components, antenna basics, principles of electricity, and spectrum management.

TECHNOLOGY REQUIREMENTS: This Diploma is a Bring Your Own Laptop (BYOL) program. You may purchase a laptop on your own or from the Southeast Tech IT Support Center.
