The Healthcare Leadership, AAS degree provides healthcare students with the skills needed to obtain a variety of frontline management positions. Student will complete the first portion of the program with a separate healthcare diploma from Southeast Tech or another accredited program. As students progress through the Healthcare Leadership program, they will develop skills in management, communications, human relations, customer service and general business principles.
The degree can be completed in the traditional or online format. Coursework may be completed in 2 full-time semesters or on a part-time basis. Please see an advisor in order to develop a personalized plan of study.
Students must successfully complete 30 healthcare credits from an accredited Diploma or Associates degree program prior to enrolling in the Healthcare Leadership Curriculum. In order to be eligible for graduation in Healthcare Leadership students must complete 60 credits collectively.
Background checks and drug screen are required for the program.
