MLT 105 - Introduction to Laboratory Science

3 Credit Hours

Students will learn the basic introduction of clinical laboratory science. Students will learn the role, ethics, conduct, certification, education, employment, knowledge, and skills related to being a professional medical laboratory professional. Students will have the knowledge of safety concepts within the laboratory along with basic laboratory mathematic functions. Principles of Quality Control and Quality Assurance will be discussed.
