BUS 137 - Interpersonal Skills for the Office Professional 2 Credit Hours Students will develop their interpersonal skills by exploring the various roles they play in working with customers, co-workers and supervisors. Customer service fundamentals will be learned, along with customer relationship management and communication. Students will also learn proper business and office etiquette. Interpersonal relationships as well as the students’ own attitudes and motivations will be recognized as critical components of success in an organization. As students explore their own strengths and weaknesses, they will write a personal development plan as a final project. A variety of learning activities will strengthen the students’ ability to apply their knowledge.
