							  | Upon completion of an Associate of Applied Science Degree in Electronics Technology, a student will be able to: Science & Technology 
    Demonstrate proper operation of test equipment.Read schematics for the purpose of signal flow and troubleshooting.Build and analyze electronic circuits: Basic DC/AC Circuits,  Digital Circuits, Analog Circuits, Communication Circuits, Computer  Interfacing CircuitsDemonstrate an understanding of the basics electronic theory as  it pertains to: Basic DC/AC Circuits, Digital Circuits, Analog Circuits,  Communication Circuits, Computer Interfacing Circuits Demonstrate competency constructing and troubleshooting a variety of electronic circuits.          Demonstrate ability to remove and/or replace electronic components in printed circuit boards.    Problem Solving/Critical Thinking 
    Demonstrate proper safety procedures.Demonstrate troubleshooting skills on various electronics circuits.Effectively use test equipment to troubleshoot electronic circuits.Demonstrate the ability to read schematics and break a circuit down into sections.Troubleshoot a circuit to determine faulty components.Demonstrate the mathematical analysis of electronic circuits. Professionalism 
    Demonstrate the ability to work in a team environment for the purpose of improving throughput, or operation, of a system.Demonstrate effective customer service/relations skills,   including  communications and problem solving directed at customer   satisfaction.Seek membership in professional organizations such as Electronic Technician Association (ETA).Identify and demonstrate the ability to use essential customer    relation skills in dealing with team members, co-workers, and  customers.Seek further information in their field, to keep current, through periodicals, trade journals, and recurrent training.Demonstrate the ability to research and present information on a given system.     Prepare lab reports to explain the operation of electronic circuits.Research components and circuits using the Internet and other sources and then write a research paper.Give presentations to the class about electronic topics. |
