College Transcript	2.0 GPA	Based on 12+ credits
US-HS Rank	Upper 1/2
Professional Discretion
Students not meeting two of the above requirements are required to meet Next-Generation ACCUPLACER entrance requirements (non-LPN programs):

Writing	255
Arithmetic	217
AND
Students must meet the TEAS Requirement Scores:
TEAS Reading	75
TEAS Math	62
