Upon completion of an Associate of Applied Science Degree in Financial Services, a student will be able to:

Science & Technology

• Exhibit knowledge and understanding of various types of insurance, banking, and investment products.
• Understand business software, the internet, and computer applications to make financial decisions, spreadsheets, reports, and presentations.

Problem Solving/Critical Thinking

• Recommend appropriate financial products to meet individual consumer needs.
• Analyze financial information to make financial decisions in the banking industry.

Professionalism

• Understand and maintain ethical behaviors while embracing cultural and societal diversity.
• Collaborate and interact with other team members to support organizational goals.

• Create professionally written business documents.
