US-HS Transcript	2.5 GPA
GED Score	500
College Transcript	2.0 GPA	Based on 12+ credits
US-HS Rank	Upper 1/2
Professional Discretion
Students not meeting two of the above requirements are required to meet COMPASS/Accuplacer entrance requirements (non-LPN programs):
Accuplacer Reading	35
Accuplacer Writing	76
Accuplacer Math	30
OR
Students may be accepted on preparatory, but must take and pass preparatory coursework prior to taking program coursework.
AND
Students must meet the HOBET Requirement Scores:
HOBET Reading	75
HOBET Math	62
